1. Import Order: Start by clicking ‘Import Order’ to download our template. Fill it according to your needs and upload it to submit your orders.
2. Batch Management and Details: Click on a specific ‘Batch Name’ from the list to access order details. Adjust shipping methods, addresses, and more as needed. Choose between individual payment or use ‘bulk pay’ for convenience, with bulk payments currently accepting PayPal. For offline payment methods, please contact your sales manager for assistance.
3. Order Tracking and Download: After dispatch, you can easily track your orders using the tracking numbers in batch details. Additionally, you can export and download the tracking information for all orders in a batch.
