Why is there a PayPal fee of 3.4% plus $0.30 in the total amount?
This 3.4% plus $0.3 fee is charged by PayPal.

We refer to the current exchange rate.
How does the customs clearance process work?
Customs policies vary by country. If you don’t know what your local customs policy is, contact your sales manager for assistance.
What is the maximum amount I can pay by credit card? Are there any limits?
The range for credit card payments is $0.1 to $2,000. For more information, please check with your bank.
I keep getting an error message when I enter my credit card information that says, “This transaction failed due to a busy bank system. Please return to the merchant's website and try again later.” What should I do?
Please check with your credit card provider or bank. If this still happens, please contact our customer service team.
If I pay by T/T (bank transfer), do I have to pay additional bank fees?
TVCMALL will not charge you any bank transfer fees. However, banks do charge bank-to-bank transfer fees.
Suppose you are paying for an order of $600. The bank will charge a $50 transfer fee, so you will have to submit a total of $650. If you submit only $600, then the payment we receive will be only $550. In this case, we will not be able to send your entire order.
As far as we know, if you do an overseas bank transfer, there are three types of processing fees involved.
1) Your local bank fees.
2) Overseas bank fees (if the money is not transferred directly from your bank to our bank, the customer should be responsible for this inter-bank transfer fee.).
3) Our local bank fees (we can pay you HK$60 for transfers over US$800, otherwise you will need to add this fee to us.) .
