Shipping Methods
1. Shipping Country
We offer a variety of shipping methods for most of the products on our website to ship to customers worldwide. Except for some products with restricted shipping countries or areas where shipping is not accessible, for example, Poland, only partial products can be shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Time
The shipping times in the below table are calculated by combining the order processing time with the transit time.
Order processing time:
generally 1-3 business days it takes to prepare your item(s) for shipping after an order has been placed.
Transit time:
The time it takes to ship your item(s) from our warehouse to the specified shipping address.
Please choose the appropriate shipping method based on your timeliness needs.

* Please note, this chart is for reference only. Transit time for third-party couriers can be affected by a number of factors beyond TVCMALL's influence.

Warehouse Pickup:
If your company is local or has its own logistics service provider, you can pick up the goods directly from our warehouse (Add: Floor 1, Building B5, 155 Qingzhang Road, Changshantou, Qingxi Town, Dongguan, China). Just select the "Pick Up" logistics method at checkout.

* *Please note, for orders containing a large number of branded products, to ensure compliance with customs policies, your originally selected logistics method may not be available, and an alternative logistics method may be required. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to confirm before shipping.

3. Shipping Cost
The price of shipping depends on the distance to be traveled and the shipping method you select for your order. You may calculate your shipping fee by clicking the “Calculate Shipping Cost” button beside the “Add to Cart” button on each product page or on the checkout page before payment. The prices for different shipping methods will be displayed clearly. See the example below.

Based on the product category, shipping address and packing material, the system automatically presents shipping methods that are available for you to choose.
4. Change the Shipping Address
If your order has not shipped yet, you can contact your sales manager to update your desired shipping address in our system. If you contacted us to change your address before shipping and it has not been processed, don't worry, we will re-ship it to the new address.
5. Order Tracking
You can track your order either on the TVCMALL website or the designated shipping company’s official website.

(1) TVCMALL website: Log into your TVCMALL account and go to “My Orders” to track.

(2) Shipping company’s official website: Go to “My Orders” and locate the tracking number and shipping company for your current order. Head to the shipping company's official website to get all the details about your delivery.

Taxes & Duties
1. Will I be charged for customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are prices without tax, which means you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, all of which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by TVCMALL. TVCMALL is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in the destination country. For more information about these types of charges, please contact your local customs office.


2. Do you add VAT tax, sales tax, or any other additional charges to order totals?

No, we do not add any sales tax or hidden charges to any TVCMALL orders. The order total to be paid to TVCMALL, includes only the price of the goods ordered and any shipping fees. However, please note that you may be charged taxes by your local customs department when importing goods. Please consult with your local customs office in advance to avoid any unexpected fees or delays.


3. How do you deal with customs issues when they arise? What happens if my order is stuck at customs?

TVCMALL has customers in countries all over the world, and we typically have no issue getting our orders through customs. However, we can not 100% guarantee that your local customs office won’t hold your packages, since customs policies in any given country may change. That being said, if your order gets held up at customs, we will do everything in our power to assist. Don’t hesitate to reach out to your TVCMALL sales manager for help.


4. Do I need to have special knowledge of importing goods through customs in order to order through TVCMALL?

Generally, you don't have to know that detailed knowledge of importing goods, but we suggest you learn something crucial, as when you know better, you can do better. In most countries, importing goods is an easy process, and no extra steps are required on your end. The courier or freight company delivering your order will manage the clearance process at customs for all small and medium-sized orders.
In the event that customs hold your package, rest assured that both the delivery or logistics company and ourselves will promptly notify you of the situation. Our team is fully committed to assisting in resolving any customs clearance issues that may arise.


5. My local customs office told me to wait 2 months for my goods. What should I do?

In this scenario, we recommend reaching out to a customs clearance agency, which will be able to provide you with the best assistance and knowledge of specific customs policies in your country. In the meantime, we will do whatever we can to help you.
In the event that customs hold your package, rest assured that both the delivery or logistics company and ourselves will promptly notify you of the situation. Our team is fully committed to assisting in resolving any customs clearance issues that may arise.


6. What documents do you provide to assist with customs clearance?

We provide a commercial invoice with every shipment, which should prove helpful for the customs clearance process. If you have any special requests for your invoice, or need any additional documentation, please feel free to contact us.


7. I have not received my order because it has been blocked by customs. I would like a refund.

We are sorry to hear that your package encountered customs issues. Rest assured that our team is committed to providing you with the necessary assistance to resolve the problem.
Firstly, our team will actively cooperate with you and customs to provide any evidence or certificates needed. We will also utilize our freight forwarding company to assist with coordination as much as possible.
Secondly, for time-sensitive orders, we can assist with repurchasing a batch promptly, but kindly note that this would entail additional costs to be covered by you.
Thirdly, about refunds, please reach out to your sales manager to discuss this, as it will be evaluated based on the context of your order.
