Intellectual Property Policy
TVCMALL (hereinafter "the Platform") fully respects third-party intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc.) protected by global laws. It adopts a zero-tolerance policy against counterfeiting, piracy and infringement, and is committed to building a fair cross-border e-commerce ecosystem. This Policy applies to all sellers, suppliers and users ("Sellers") using the Platform and binds all their activities on the Platform.
1. General Principles
1.1 The Platform fulfills intellectual property protection obligations through pre-review, in-process monitoring and post-processing mechanisms. It regularly reviews listings and uses intelligent tools to improve infringement detection efficiency.
1.2 Despite our efforts, infringement may occasionally go undetected due to the large number of products and sellers. If your intellectual property is infringed, please email [email protected] for prompt handling.
2. Eligible Complaints and Infringement Scenarios
Any act violating relevant laws and this Policy constitutes infringement, and intellectual property owners may file complaints, including the following types:
2.1 Trademark Infringement
Unauthorized use of identical/similar trademarks on identical/similar goods, including selling counterfeit trademarked goods and prominent use of registered trademarks causing consumer confusion. Note: Trademark rights are territorial and not automatically protected globally.
2.2 Patent Infringement
Unauthorized use of others' granted Design, Utility or Invention Patents, including manufacturing, selling, importing infringing products or using infringing methods. Patents are territorial, with protection scope subject to local laws.
2.3 Copyright Infringement
Unauthorized use, reproduction or modification of others' copyrighted works (text, pictures, software, etc.) in listings or promotional materials, or selling pirated products. Foreign works are protected by Sino-foreign agreements or international treaties.
3. Complaint Procedure
To file a complaint, the intellectual property owner (""Complainant"") shall email [email protected] with the following true and complete materials (English/Chinese):
● Complainant's basic information (name, contact details; business license for legal entities; power of attorney for agents).
● IP proof (registration certificate, validity proof; multi-country registration certificates if necessary).
● Infringement details (listing link, product info, infringement description, and evidence such as screenshots or comparison materials).
● Signed statement confirming material authenticity and assuming liability for false complaints.

3.1 The Platform conducts a preliminary review within 3 working days. Incomplete materials will require supplementation; complete complaints will be investigated within 7 working days (extendable for complex cases).
3.2 The alleged infringing Seller will be notified to defend and provide evidence within a time limit. Failure to respond constitutes waiver of defense.
3.3 After investigation, the Platform will notify both parties of the decision via email within 3 working days.
4. Actions Against Infringing Listings and Sellers
Upon confirming infringement, the Platform will take measures based on severity, including but not limited to:
● Immediately remove infringing listings and prohibit re-listing of identical/similar products.
● Notify sellers suspected of infringement
● Terminate platform services for repeat infringers
5. Exemption of Platform Liability
5.1 The Platform is not liable for undetected infringement due to objective factors but will take immediate remedial measures upon learning of it.
5.2 Complainants bear full liability for false complaints causing losses to the Platform.
6. Policy Update and Interpretation
6.1 The Platform may update this Policy, which takes effect 7 days after publication on the official website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
6.2 The Platform reserves the right to interpret this Policy. For questions, email [email protected].
7. Supplementary Provisions
7.1 This Policy takes effect on the publication date, replacing the original IP policy.

TVCMALL reserves all rights under this Policy.
