Do not screw the filter too tightly. Over time, due to changes in the surrounding environment, temperature, and humidity, the optical filter may become more tightly attached to the lens. If screwed on too tightly, it may become difficult to remove.
When removing the optical filter, avoid touching the lens surface with your hands or hard objects. Instead, grip the filter’s frame and rotate it to unscrew.
If the filter is too tight to unscrew, you can use a clean rubber pad, press it gently against the filter’s edge, and rotate it as a whole. This should help loosen the filter.
After removal, do not leave the filter unattended. Store it promptly in a filter case or a dry box to prevent damage.
