• Ensure your laptop's Type-C port supports charging and video output for full functionality.
• For Mac users, grant screen recording permission to the DisplayLink manager.
• To achieve 4K@60Hz on HD (Alt. Mode), the laptop's USB-C port must support DP1.4; DP1.2 support limits output to 4K@30Hz.
• Some Mac computers may not support 8K display due to hardware limitations.
