30-Day DOA Product Guarantee

If any item you received is damaged, different, or not working upon receipt due to the quality of the product itself, please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 30 days of the order being received for a replacement or return, except for spare parts products.
Please test spare parts products before installation. If any problems are found in the test phase, return and replacement can be carried out within one year. When the installation is done, after-sales services are not available anymore.

Please note: In all the above cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

One-year warranty

a. All products (except spare parts products and cell phone accessories) shall be covered by a one-year warranty.
b. For spare parts products, if any damage is found within one year of damage, it can be returned for maintenance. And the repair fees shall be charged according to the degree of damage.

Please note: In all the above cases, the return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
