STEP ONE: Gathering Information About Your Sourcing Needs

 

To get started, we collect some preliminary information from our customers in need of sourcing services. We’ll ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire to answer our questions about your specific needs. This is an opportunity for you to provide as much or as little guidance for our team as you’d like before they set out to find your desired product.

 

STEP TWO: Reviewing & Confirming Your Request

 

Next, a representative from our sourcing team will contact you to confirm the information you provided in the questionnaire is accurately understood, and to go over any additional questions the team may have regarding your request.

 

STEP THREE: Finding Your Dream Product

 

Once all the details have been confirmed by you and our team, we set out to find your dream product from other supply sources.

 

When we’ve found a product that we feel suits your specific requirements, we’ll then present it to you for approval. If it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, we get right back at it until we find the perfect fit.

 

STEP FOUR: Placing Your Order

 

Once you’ve approved of a product our sourcing team has found for you, you’ll place your official order, confirming the product model and details, the number of products you’ll be purchasing, and the price, among other things.

 

STEP FIVE: Order Fulfillment

 

Next up, we’ll process your payment and either obtain the products from a supplier’s existing inventory or order the products to be produced by that supplier if they do not have enough products readily available to fulfill your order.

 

STEP SIX: Quality Check

 

Our team will then complete a thorough quality check to ensure the products we deliver to you meet TVC Mall’s highest standards.

 

STEP SEVEN: Shipment & Delivery

 

Once our quality check is complete, we send your custom products to your desired destination and eagerly await your feedback.
