Charging and Battery Display (Charging Current: 1.5A):

• When the charging cable is plugged in, the display lights up, the lightning symbol blinks slowly, and the "%" symbol remains on, indicating normal charging.
• When fully charged, the display shows "100," and both the lightning symbol and "%" symbol remain on.
• When a button is pressed, the display first shows the speed setting, then returns to the battery level display after 3 seconds with a +5% increase.
• When the battery level is below 10%, the display starts blinking slowly; at 0%, the device shuts down.
• If the battery is depleted (0%), turning on the device only displays "00," blinks 5 times, and then shuts down without activating any functions.
• When charging while powered on, if a button is pressed, the display first shows the speed setting, then returns to the battery level display after 3 seconds.
• When charging while powered off, unplugging the charging cable will turn off the display.

Fan Function:

• Short press the fan button once to turn on the fan at level 1; the display shows "20," and the fan icon lights up.
• Short press the fan button again to cycle through speed settings: 20 → 40 → 60 → 80 → 100 → Off.
• While the fan is running, the fan icon remains on; when the fan is turned off, the icon disappears.
