As summer comes to an end, we want to create an opportunity for our employees to connect with their families in a meaningful way. Our Family Day was all about bringing the workplace and home life closer together, offering a day filled with fun activities, exploration, and quality time. Children got a firsthand look at where their parents work, learned about what they do, and shared in the experience that is typically reserved for adults.

 

The Day's Events: A Snapshot

 

The day began with a warm welcome as families arrived at the beautifully decorated office, where colorful balloons and playful decorations set the tone for a fun-filled day. The children were eager to explore, and their curiosity led them on a tour of the office, guided by their parents. They visited different departments, learning about the various roles within TVCMALL, and even enjoyed a panoramic view of the city from the top floor. Interactive games were a highlight, allowing the kids to engage in friendly competition and teamwork while parents proudly watched their little ones shine. The day was continued with a delightful afternoon tea, where everyone gathered to relax and enjoy delicious treats. Our CEO, Rita, and other team leaders joined in, personally handing out gifts to the children, making the event even more special.
