TVCMALL Brings Joy to Underprivileged Older People in a Remote Village

TVCMALL, a one-stop wholesale platform with a brand vision to build a more generous and thriving world, recently held a public welfare event in a remote village, bringing joy and hope to underprivileged older residents.

 

The vice president of TVCMALL, Rita, expressed her sincere desire to launch the public welfare event. She believes that together with our colleagues, we can bring positive change to the community and spread love through their actions. 

 

The TVCMALL team dedicated significant effort to preparing for the event after enlisting the help of a local guide to connect with a nearby village. We gathered essential items such as food, oil, and electronic products like blood pressure monitors, small lamps, data cables, and chargers that would be particularly beneficial for older adults. 

 

 

The event happened on April 6, it took the form of a symposium, with the village leader welcoming the guests and introducing the backgrounds of the older residents, many of whom live in difficult circumstances and face disabilities. Rita was next and shared the reason for the visit: to spread the love and helpfulness of TVCMALL. She emphasized the importance of giving back to society and helping people thrive. She also blessed the older residents to stay healthy and happy.

 

The older people were overwhelmed with gratitude for the kind gifts they received. One senior was especially moved to receive a blood pressure monitor, as she had been saving to buy one herself. Another senior was excited to receive rice and oil, coincidentally on the day of Eid al-Fitr. The timing of the donation was perfect for their festival. The event was heartwarming, with several older women proactively hugging the young fellows of TVCMALL and expressing their joy and gratitude.

 

Our team members were deeply moved by the enthusiastic embraces they received. It felt like a reunion of long-lost relatives, with everyone hugging each other tightly like a mother's embrace. Even when it was time to say goodbye, the older people were reluctant to let go, and their eyes were filled with tears.

Rita (VP of TVCMALL): I visited some kind and warm-hearted older adults in China. Although the country has made progress in providing basic necessities, many older people still suffer from loneliness and require significant care and attention. As a group of young people visited them, older people felt like their children had returned. Witnessing their enthusiasm and emotions moved me to tears and made me realize the value and meaning of helping others. It's a rewarding experience that fills me with joy.

Vivian: Roses gave, fragrance in hand. Bringing love to those in need is the most correct thing we can do.

Coco: Love knows no limits. Supporting one another's accomplishments is a beautiful way to display kindness and generosity.

Candice: The event was lively, and the older people enjoyed our visit. Our two ethnic groups share the same heart, despite the language barrier.

Nicole: Giving makes us feel happy. It's all thanks to the endless love and generosity of TVCMALL. Together we thrive!

Yelly: We have the power to make a positive impact in the lives of older individuals by showing them care and compassion. We can collectively create a better world through small acts of kindness and love from each person.
