TVC Mall Launched Help Them Thrive Program To Build A Better World

At TVC Mall, we have a vision of a more generous and proactive world, one in which we thrive together, not struggle separately. To realize this vision, we establish ‘Help Them Thrive Program’, covering four dimensions of initiatives: (1)Employee Programs (2) Sustainability Efforts (3) Volunteer Events (4) Charitable Donations.

Employee Programs

Our staff is the backbone to everything TVC Mall does, and we don't take that for granted. That's why we're doing our part to help our team members get the support they need, find fulfillment in work and life, and reach their highest potential.

Resource Program

We support our employees in all of their life endeavors. For example, we sponsor employees with child care, health insurance and more. Our employees also have chances to get exposed to most edged knowledge in industry in guest lectures and training programs.

Mentorship Program

We provide hands-on mentorship opportunities for every staff member so they can turn to someone whenever having confusion on work tasks or career development. We expect our employees to develop their skillsets and turn their job into a fulfilling career.

Benefits Program

Our extensive benefits package ensures our team is taken care of mentally, physically, and financially. We provide all staff members with a free physical examination each year. Other benefits include free afternoon tea, parties, trips, birthday gifts, and communities of interest.

Sustainability Efforts

We're making efforts towards a future with less waste.

Inside factory, we optimize the process of production, reducing air and water pollution. Degradable materials are selected for eco-friendly packaging.

At the workplace, we put environmental protection into practice by using recycled paper, making a double-sided printing policy and reducing use of plastic.

We bring more than 20 years' senior experience" to "We thrive when the planet thrives. That's why we've taken steps to eliminate plastic waste and pollution throughout TVC Mall's operations.

Volunteer Events

Our staff regularly participates in in-person events that directly impact our local communities. For example, at the onset of the pandemic, our team was able to source and distribute essential Covid-19 supplies to our local communities.

Charitable Donations

Other than volunteering, we also donate TVC Mall products as well as_ % of all TVC Mall profits to charity groups, so the impact of our efforts can reach other corners of the world.
