This November, the TVCMALL team came together for an important workshop to plan our future. Over three days, from the 14th to the 16th, we put our heads together to map out where we're headed in 2025. We're all about making the world a better place through our work, and we're excited to share some of our plans with you.

 

Here's What We Discussed:

 

 

Understanding Our Strengths: 

 

First, we took a deep dive into what makes TVCMALL special. After 16 years, we've got a good thing going, and we wanted to pinpoint exactly what that is. We're known for our one-stop wholesale service, helping entrepreneurs thrive by providing everything they need to run a successful retail business.

 

Setting Our Goals for 2025: 

 

We've got three big goals for the upcoming year:

• Better Branding and Service: We want to make sure our services are top-notch and that our brand reflects our values of compassion, commitment, and trustworthiness.
• Improving Our Supply Chain: We're digging deeper into our supply chain to make sure we're as efficient as possible.
• Cutting Costs Where It Counts: We plan to streamline our operations to keep costs down for us and for you.

 

Getting Everyone on the Same Page: 

 

It's important that all our teams are aligned, so we set some clear objectives for everyone. We're all about helping each other thrive, and by setting shared goals, we can do just that.

 

 

Making Plans Real: 

 

We outlined the key challenges we'll tackle over the next year and set up some detailed plans (OKRs) to make sure we meet our goals. This isn't just about talking the talk; we're about walking the walk, too.

 

Looking Forward:

 

After two and a half days of focused discussions, we're emerging with a clear and actionable plan for the coming year. We’re energized by the roadmap we’ve laid out, which includes enhancing our services, optimizing our supply chain, and improving operational efficiency.
